Once your document is in a project, supporting material is uploaded, and reviewers are set, you're ready to run Rosey.
Steps
From the project view in the Word side panel, click Run Rosey at the top.
Rosey will display Reviewing your document... and a list of reviewers, each showing its progress (
analyzing...or a checkmark when complete).Wait for the run to finish. Most documents take a few minutes; longer documents with extensive supporting material can take longer.
While the review is running
Don't edit the document. The side panel will show the message "Please don't edit the document while the review is running." Edits made during a run can cause findings to land on the wrong location.
You can keep Word open in the background. Switching apps is fine; the review runs server-side.
When the run completes
Rosey applies tracked changes for the fixes it's confident about.
The side panel switches to the findings view, with three tabs: Review, To Do, and FYI.
A counter on each tab tells you how many items it contains.
Use the reviewer pills above the tabs to show or hide findings from each reviewer.
Re-running Rosey
You can re-run Rosey at any time — for example, after revising the document or adding new supporting material. Each run produces a fresh set of findings against the latest version.
